Yes, you can vote at any polling place within the FSM and outside
designated polling places in Guam and Honolulu.

You may obtain absentee application
form from this website, from the National Election offices,
FSMPIO website and from the Consulate offices and FSM embassies.
Does the FSM Voter ID Card expire?
Yes, they do expire
after 5 elections, the expiration dates are located on the back side of
the Voter ID Card.

petition has to be filed in the National Election Office no later than
120 days prior to election at 5pm in the afternon.

on election day, How Do I vote?
You may request to vote
absentee by mail, so your ballot can be forwarded to your mailing address.
am a member of the military, how do I vote?
are residing in a state that is a designated as special polling place,
and you have a FSM Voter ID Card you may vote, if not, then you
have to request to vote absentee.

can I vote?
No, convicted felons are not allowed to

in the mail, what should I do?
If you applied and
suppose to receive it by mail, somehow you did not receive it please contact the FSM
National Election Director for assistance.
20. What do I do, if I
receive more than one FSM VID Card?
return one to the National Election Director Office.

time of work to go and vote?
Yes, provided your
supervisors grants administrative leaves.
